Every physician on our platform holds a valid Montana medical license (MD or DO) — the only practitioners authorized to complete the Physician Statement required for Montana's medical marijuana cardholder application under the DOR's program.
All telehealth appointments are conducted on HIPAA-compliant platforms. Miles City patients' health information is handled with complete confidentiality throughout the process.
Every certification follows Montana DOR requirements. The state application fee is paid directly to DOR through Montana's TAP portal — not to this platform. Miles City patients pay only the clinic consultation fee.

A temporary registry card is printable immediately from TAP after submission. The permanent 1-year card is mailed upon DOR approval.

First, medical patients purchase at a reduced 4% state tax rate — significantly lower than the adult-use excise tax.
